The Hatteras flat cap features Stetson stitching at the back and herringbone fabric made in Italy, with a soft feel and wool-rich composition with alpaca for durable, heat-regulating wear. Classically blocked on wooden forms, the eight-panel shape has a brim secured to the crown with three bartacks and a shape-retaining PET insert for all-weather use. Developed in Germany, this cap uses special pressure-free forehead processing for consistently excellent comfort. A refined choice made in the EU for fall and winter days.
