How Do I Return an Item?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 100 days of delivery.

1. Start Your Return


Visit our returns portal at returns.hatshopping.com and sign in using your packing slip number and email address. Then select the item or items you would like to return, choose a reason for the return, and follow the instructions provided for your order.

2. Print Your Return Documents


Once your return has been registered, please print the return documents provided in the portal and include them with your package. To help avoid delays, please remove or cover the original shipping label before sending your return.

3. Send Back Your Return


Pack the item or items securely and send your return according to the instructions shown in the portal. Please keep your shipping receipt until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

4. Receive Your Refund


As soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used for the order.

If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order in our store.

Right of Withdrawal and 100-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Hats24. If something is not quite right, we offer a voluntary 100-day return window for eligible items. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, this policy also explains how that right works.

100-Day Returns

In addition to any statutory rights you may have, we offer a voluntary 100-day return policy for orders placed through our online shop.

You may return eligible items within 100 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Returns are free of charge when you use the return instructions provided by us. For the fastest processing, please follow the instructions on our Returns Page or contact us at support@hats24.com before sending the goods back.

Returned items should be complete and in a condition suitable for resale. This voluntary 100-day return policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend the withdrawal period beyond the statutory minimum.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email or by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided you use the return instructions or return label made available by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
