2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract, Options for Corrections

The contract is concluded with ANTHEC GmbH & Co. KG, Willy-Brandt-Weg 36, 48155 Münster, Germany.

By presenting products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and amend your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button indicating your acceptance of our offer concerning the products contained in the shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Saving of The Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is English.

We save the text of the contract and forward the order data and these Terms of Service to you on a durable medium. You may also view the text of the contract in your customer account, if available.

6. Retention of Title

The products remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Damage During Delivery

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, in particular your warranty rights. However, by doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.1 Liability for Defects

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract.

The statutory guarantee provisions for defects apply. If you are a consumer, your statutory warranty rights are governed by the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

Complaints may be submitted using the contact details provided in our legal notice or contact information. If, in order to examine your complaint, it is necessary for the goods to be returned, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions and bear the return costs where required by law.

We are committed to responding to complaints without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt.

8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
